PHOTO SELECTION & SENDING
Keep in mind that the photo should be clear and can be zoomed in to notice details of the subject.
For a better painting experience, choose a photo in which the face of the subject is visible.

No, we don’t charge for customizations as we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the painting and leave no space for a complaint.
No, the amount shown on the order page is the last price.
When you are not sure about what photo would the other person like a painting of or if you don’t have their photos, you can buy a gift card and send it to them as a gift.
Whenever the other person is ready with a photo, he can place the order by simply typing in a coupon code. This coupon code is valid for a lifetime so you don’t need to worry about anything.

ORDERING & CHANGES

Before sending the photo to the artist, we ensure that all your changes have been executed and accepted by you. After the portrait is complete, a photo of the finished painting is shared with you to which you can again suggest the changes which you want.
Only after a happy nod, we start the shipping process.
While placing the order, leave a comment in the “Additional Instructions” box and create an order. Our assigned solution expert will address all your queries and customizations.
Yes! Just mention it in the additional information box, and we will gift wrap the painting and ship to the address of the special person.
We do not charge any fees to gift wrap the box.
Yes! The price will be close to the nearest size. You can ask us before you place the order from the 24×7 Live Chat feature.

CHANGES / CUSTOMIZATIONS
Yes! We will do it for you, and this won’t attract any charges.
If you don’t have all the people/subjects in one picture, you can send us the individual photos of each person/subject, and we will merge all the characters and send the photo to you for approval. Once approved, the photo will be sent to the professional artist.
Yes, you can. If you have a specific background in mind or even an idea of what you want, we can insert it and seek approval before starting the painting process.
We have customization options like Face Swap, Style Transfer, Background Change, and Merging Multiple Characters.
Yes! We do not charge anything for any customizations.
Yes! We will contact you and understand your requirements, then we will execute the requirements and send you the photo for approval/improvements.
ARTIST
Our artists are based out of the USA, Canada, India, China, and Indonesia. All artists undergo a rigorous skill test before being employed to ensure that you receive world-leading quality!
Since we feature custom orders, you have the complete independence of getting the paintings signed or not.
If you want a signed painting, you will have to mention it in the notes to artist section or else it will be shipped without any signature.
The base of a painting depends on the medium you are choosing. Oil paintings and Acrylic paintings are painted on high-quality canvas and Pencil, Charcoal, Colored Pencil and Watercolor on high-quality paper.
RETURNS
We believe if you are not 100% Satisfied, you deserve a refund. For our detailed return policy, click here.
You have to drop us an email at portraitflip@gmail.com, and we will revert to you within 24 hours.
It takes us 3-4 days to process your refund after you have mailed us why you did not like the painting with the photo of the painting.
After the return is processed, we will credit the funds into your Gift Card.
