Money Back Guarantee Offer

If after receiving your painting for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with its quality, we will refund the entire amount to you if the painting is returned to us within a limit of 14 days. The product should be returned in its original condition and only then are you eligible for a full refund. Please refrain from filing any kind of dispute with your bank as it will take away your right to avail of our money back policy.

To start the process, simply email portraitflip@gmail.com requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

Once your refund request is confirmed, we will send you a return address and it must be postmarked within 7 days of this notice.

Your refund will be given within 14 days of the receipt of your painting and will instantly be credited into your account which may take 5-10 business days.

PayPal payments refunded will appear in your account immediately.

Limitations of Money Back Guarantee Offer

Money Back Guarantee claim is limited to two (2) refund requests per 365 day period, for every customer. PortraitFlip has the right to deny refunds at their sole discretion if they feel that the same customer is asking for refunds more than the permissible amount.

Customer shall be responsible for full payment of any orders that are denied refunds under this policy.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged or lost goods will be painted and shipped to you again free of cost.
