Returns and Cancellations:
We believe in our artists to deliver a masterpiece which you would love and leave no space for dissatisfaction, but even if you don’t like the painting due to quality reasons we would accept returns and follow a simple and quick procedure.
Step 1: Return request is placed by the customer through E-Mail with the attached photo of the faulty product.
Step 2: PortraitFlip sends a confirmation within 24 hours of return placement.
Step 3: If the customer wants a replacement, we will happily replace the painting with a new one and arrange a pickup for the faulty product ourselves.
If the customer wishes to get only a refund, we will make sure that the amount is reflected in the customer’s PayPal / Bank Account within 5 days.
Terms and Conditions:
In all the cases of returns and cancellations, you have to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will revert to you in 24 hours. All are returns and cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.) If the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product, he should drop us a mail stating his intent of return at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
2.) Return policy covers following cases:
a. Not satisfied: If you are not satisfied with the painting you can get a replacement.
b. Damaged Frame: You get a refund for frame ONLY in such cases.
c. Lost Products: If our courier partner loses the product you are 100% eligible for a full refund without any questions asked.
3. We request our customers to wait for 5 working days after the approval for reflection of funds in his/her account.
4. You are given a store credit if you need a replacement.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product should be returned in its original condition.
- Customer must not tamper with any element of painting because it may fail to be eligible for returns after the quality check is done.
- No refrain should be filed against the bank through which the payment was done as it would take away your right to avail your refund.
- Returns are accepted only if the request is raised within 14 days of delivery.
- If a customer raises more than 2 return requests in a span of 365 days his 3rd return is automatically cancelled and ineligible on the grounds of fake requests.
- Gift cards do not qualify for returns.
- PortraitFlip holds the sole discretion for approving or disapproving returns.
- In the case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting.
- In all the cases of returns and replacements, PortraitFlip will run a quality check and refund or replace after the check is successful.
